• Mostly ported Jelly Bean 4.2 notification area.
• Kit Kat styled lock screen.
• Removed AM/PM from lock screen & made date font smaller.
• Changed home/lock screen wallpapers to Kit Kat wallpapers.
• Adjusted "battery low" popup font to white.
• Changed settings menu icons from white to gradient blue.
• Added transparent clock/weather widget (highly customizable).
• Boot animation blue color adjusted to darker blue

• Notification panel settings button moved 10 pixels to right for longer dates
• Toucher app removed due to battery drainage

I can tell you that it IS super fast with the original OC kernel installed! Running that way now.

I use Linux and I just have to right click the zip and select extract here. On windows it should be similar.
