I thought some of those only got hspa+ . I'm confused with that, can someone explain

Hi guys for some reason I cant access the Samsung Galaxy S4 from metro pcs website on my computer ...tried different browsers, I still could not find it, even when I tried to search it on the website....I did a chat online with a metro rep....so she tried sending me a direct link, still was a no go! So a last ditch effort I tried the stock browser on my phone and there it was...I had to order it from my phone, its being shipped as I type! And I still cant see it from my laptop??? I just want to pass this information on in case someone else might run into the same issue!
