Looking for a new phone.

I'm looking for a new phone, I'm thinking about the HTC One. I'm going to put it on a prepaid carrier either Straight Talk or Boost Mobile. The only company I can justify it with is with Straight Talk and get a T-Mobile or AT&T version so I can get 4G. Granted that HSPA+ still better than 3G. If I had 4G LTE coverage with Boost I would and find a way to get it.

Anyone else have any recommendations for phones or carriers?

Also I've heard there's two different types of SIMs you can get for Straight Talk - AT&T and T-mobile and that the AT&T one's are better. Is this true?

Straight talk no longer offers the AT&T sim option, only the t-mobile sim. ST will still honor a st&t sim activation. You can still find straight talk, at&t sims on eBay. But they are charging high prices, like $50 and up for them :(

Generally AT&T has the better coverage area and would be the preferred choice in my opinion.

Boost is cdma and T-mobile and att is gsm. Totally different networks. And also I'll go with T-mobile that way u get full HSPA42 and lte not to mention unlimited data.

I knew that Boost is CDMA and T-Mobile and AT&T are GSM. I wouldn't get LTE with Straight Talk, they are supposed to be using Sprint LTE from what I've read. But the 4G HSPA+ is what I'm looking at, I'm preferably trying to get the AT&T sim even if it is expensive. But I need to double check T-Mobiles coverage of my town and college.

Just as far as the phone goes Idk what to get. I'm still thinking HTC One.
