So, after 3 Droid RAZR Maxx replacements due to faulty headphone jack problems, my S4 has a different problem with the same dang thing.
After weeks of wondering why my headphone jack is so sensitive and doesn't want to "just work", I went down to Verizon. I found that every stinkin phone in the store (including the display S4), does NOT have any problems. I used my ear buds and listened to the same thing on a few and found they worked how mine SHOULD WORK. They snap in and stay. Mine doesn't snap in well at all. It is very sensitive and cuts out completely if I barely touch it, once I plug anything in. I've never abused or dropped my phone.
So, after going with the installment plan and therefore paying full price, in 2 days I will be using someone's old REFURBISHED PHONE.
Next time I'm really going to put my phones through the ringer and check for any and every problem. What really annoys me is that it will be like owing money on a car that was new but is now a used replacement. Next time I'll just use my ghost line.
Be aware Galaxy S4 potential buyers!!!
