Help 4.3 Update Problem

Every time my N4 downloads the update, I get a message that says "Verification Failed" and the update will begin downloading again. It has done this at least a dozen times now without successfully updating.

I had no trouble with the 4.2.2 update but this is starting to get annoying. I have not modified my N4 in any way at all; it is not rooted, doesn't have a custom kernel and I have not unlocked the bootloader or anything like that.

Earlier today I did a factory data reset in hopes that it would clear up the issue but I still get the "Verification Failed" message regardless of what I do.

Does anybody have an idea of how to clear this issue up?

Have you tried downloading on WiFi?

Tried doing a factory rest? I know it's a pain, but may fix the problem

I'm having failures, too. I did the LTE mod, and it looks like the 4.3 update performs a system check before it allows the update to proceed. Looks like mine is failing on a build.prop check.

Otas should always do system checks. If you modify things it'll fail.

I used to post a modified ota file for people who have changed things to flash, but ultimately its better to either fix the error or flash the 4.3 rooted rom

How do I flash the 4.3 rooted rom? I know how to flash custom roms. Just need to know where to get it, plus the Gapps.
