I very much doubt that there is such a thing. A charger is a charger. All you need to do is look for one that produces a high current. The stock mains charger produces 2A and there are loads of chargers on eBay that produce 2A, take your pick.
Wireless chargers suit a lot of people but one drawback they have is they don't produce a very large current. It's normally about 600mA as opposed to 2A so your phone would take 2-3 times as long to charge.

Looks to me like the charging current the GS4 will accept has been reduced since the AMF3 update. I used to see 1900mAh going in, but it starts out at 1200mAh now. Using the same OEM Samsung 2 Amp charger. Using my iPad 2.1 Ah charger, I see the same numbers. I believe the same is true of my OEM Samsung 2Ah car charger too.
I bought the Verizon branded 2A charger that has an additional USB out on it. It will charge two devices and works very well. It wasn't cheap, but I get a fairly hefty corp discount so it didn't hurt so bad.
