[Verizon] [rom]jbsourcery v5.4-lte[06/07/13] jb4.2.2 The Final Call

viper, have you seen it on any other rom? if so. link me...not sure exactly what your looking for

I'm referring to the privacy mode option in messaging settings that hides sender and message in status bar. I just thought it'd be cool to have a quick toggle or shorquestions urn it on and off, but it's not super important.

I do have yet another question though (sorry), and I've searched some but not really sure what the problem is with it so not sure what to look for. BUT how do we uninstall a gapp or otherwise get it to be able to update in the play store? I'm using the black magic gapps. Again, sorry about all the questions.

EDIT:
It's still in 5.4, and it was in 5.2 as well, which is what I was last on, don't remember before that.

The last version of Sourcery was Sourceress and it had its own Gapps. The newest development, Believe, comes with brand new Gapps. Look in Settings -->Sourcery Tools --> ROM Updates.

EDIT: Anyone know how to get to Developer Options in the Believe ROM settings?

THanks for the reply, chief.

I am confused, the push notification the other day said that there was a new/final release of sourcery AS WELL AS the new believe rom. The new/final release of sourcery said to use a slim form or latest gapps you could find....??? Maybe I just mis-read it ...

Chief - don't know if it'll work on 4.3 but in 4.2 it was hidden and the following worked to find it -
Settings > About Phone - tap on Build Number 7 times and it should appear. At least it did for 4.2. I did it on my daughter's phone and it worked so it can't hurt to try it on Believe.

Chief, Go to Settings --> About phone and keep clicking on the build number until it says that you're a developer.

Thanks to the devs for keeping this alive :D
I wanted to update to the final version of sourcery and the push notification said to use whatever gapps we wanted but recommended a slim form...?? Anyone have a link to the latest recommended gapps they've used? Slim version??
You can download Slim Gapps from slimroms.net, they're under add-ons in the download section.. I've been using cajunflavoredbob's Midnight Gapps Project aroma with no problems.

Likely, Gulfstream, because your sig says you're on 5.2 and the notification wasn't pushed to you. I'm not sure about the filters Eagle set up on the push notifications, but it MAY have only gone out to people on the Sourceress ROM (or at least something later than 5.2).

I flashed the Believe ROM and I believe it to be a fine and very capable early beta release. I did nandroid back to Sourceress; I'll wait patiently for all the options to be added back into it :)
