Hopefully next Thurday I will have 2 Incredibles. I have a google voice account and phone number. Currently mmy wife and I's cellphones both are connected to google voice, however when we call out they still see our number which is fine.

I know when I get the incredible I can set it up to you google voice to dial out and they will see the google voice number. The question is, does this work for 2 phones without screwing up other google services. i.e. I would like if both my wife and I could make outgoing calls through MY google voice number and the other side see the google number, but I want her phone setup with her gmail account etc and mine setup with my gmail account, etc.

Does anyone have this setup currently, or anyone at least know if this is a not possible thing?

So, essentially what you're asking is if two separate Google accounts can share one Google Voice account? Pretty sure the answer is no. At least right now. Anyone else feel free to overrule.

you are definately right that to google acounts cannot share a google voice account, but I guess my question is more about setting up google voice on the phone, if after you setup your phone contacts, calendar, etc, and you setup your google voice it still asks for the account information, I would think you could just put it there and it wouldnt affect everything else?

Two numbers can call out through one GV account, however, it cannot be done through the official GV app. The numbers would have to be listed as different forwarding phones on the GV account. One could be the cell and one could be the home. One phone could use the official GV account for outbound calling and the other could either call into the GV number and make outbound calls or use an app like Flex Dialer Pro that will intercept any outbound calls you make and pass them through GV or not depending on your settings.

You each can still log into your separate GM accounts on each phone without affecting the above in any way. You will have to do some forwarding if you want all GV email notifications to arrive at both your GM accounts.
