After 8 months with my Note II I have no desire for anything else. When Sprint gets a triband Note and Network Vision is complete I *might* reconsider..
LG G2 will have nano-SIM slot, micro-SD, and removable 2,610mAh battery!! To recap, G2 is relatively small (and very thin) with S800 chip, brightest 5.2" LCD 1080p edge-to-edge display, 13MP optical image stabilized camera, and, pi
Hmm, considering phone manufacturers like to adapt a common screen size, I wonder if this HTC One Max with 5.9" screen means that N3 might have 5.9" instead of 5.7"?
I guess we will find out on Sept 4th when they supposed to reveal Note 3 at Samsung Unpacked
Also, considering the N2 has a 3100mah battery compared to the S4 battery, that's another factor. Not sure they'll be able to squeeze in a bigger battery, while also making it thinner than the current Note 2 let alone the S4.
ditto on all the accolades about the Note II. I picked up a VZW version on the first day of release and am too happy with this unit to even consider getting another phone that maybe just fraction of an inch bigger. quad processor, sold engineering, amazing 5.5 screen. I'll use this for the full two year term. no need to change.
however, I would consider a 7" phone (note 4?) for the future, as long as it fits in the back pocket of denim pants.
Some good options seem to be coming out however. Looking around htc one max and xperia z ultra. So some good competitors are coming out. Let's see if samsung can keep me as a customer. competition is good for the customer

Yeah I'm not even on stock so no spen support for me, updates from Samsung are taking a little long lol have been running PACMAN rom 4.2.2. They even have some 4.3 roms out already. I always root and flash roms so spen is not really a necessity for me. It is useful when your on a stock rom though.
I'm skipping a new phone for now as this does everything I need it to, maybe the note 4. Going to get me an iPad 5 and maybe a ipod touch 5th or bad ESN iphone 5 for games.
If it really has 3 gig ram and IF reviewers say lag free, good camera, good radios I'm in. I hope reports of a smaller model coming out (as well as the big one) are correct

It's useful for me, whether I would root or not. I prefer writing down notes, rather than typing them in on my smartphone. The S-pen by far exceeds any capacitive stylus I've used on any other phone and it's the only "stylus" that I've really enjoyed using on the phone, for writing purposes.
Beyond that, I understand why people don't necessarily need it, but I've come to rely on it for both my Note 2 and my Note 8. Samsung did it right, when it came to developing the S-pen with WACOM's technology. Since their releasing that, I've noticed more and more advertisements for WACOM digitizing pads that connect to PC's and Mac's via USB. Before the Note series, I never saw those items advertised as much.
Okay, another potential "x" factor in my considering the Note 3. If Samsung offers some sort of crazy bundle withe the Note 3 and the Smartwatch, there might be too many cons for me to ignore.
