Help Home screen transitions slow

Starting from today, my home screen transitions have been running much slower than usual. Opening up the apps list from the home screen is slow too, but scrolling through the list itself is as fast as usual.

I've tried setting the window and transition animation to 0.5x and checking to force GPU rendering, but that doesn't seem to have changed anything. I should also note that haptic feedback got wonky today too; vibrate works when I get notifs or a call, but when typing or long-pressing icons I get nothing, despite it definitely being selected.

I am running Juice Defender, but turning that off didn't change anything either. I've also tried rebooting multiple times and pulling the battery for several minutes. Any other suggestions? I'd really rather not do a factory restore if I can help it, but I will if it's necessary!

Try wiping cache in recovery. I am trying to find out how to boot your phone into recovery.

Thank you, much appreciated.

Maybe try to clean the phone up a little and wipe the cache. Do u have a ton of apps installed to the internal sd?

No, most of them are on my SD. I used Clean Master to clear out the cache last night but that didn't seem to help.

And now TeslaLED has stopped working. It opens but no lights follow, and the app remains in the notification bar. It's starting to look more and more like a factory reset might be the answer here. :(
