I don't think ocnbrze was trying to run you off, just letting you know that you will have difficulty finding your answer since it is unlikely that anybody has experience with your specific brand.

There is a more common model that lacks the necessary buttons and must be connected to the computer where a special program is run to do the job. What brand/model it is escapes me but that may be what you end up needing to do. I found your manufacturer's website with manuals and firmware updates here:
AGPtek.com - Free video card driver, quickpwn, Wireless security camera driver download

Anyway, a factory reset may be premature yet. Read this:

You may be able to fix it from Google on a PC.

A brand is a brand no matter how much they sale theyre all using the android and nothing else, maybe another member can help me perhaps

A brand is a brand and they all use Android...true ... all things are equal, but some things are a lot more equal than others.

Have to tried contacting AGPtek, see if they can suggest anything?

...they have a forum as well.

AGPtek are probably just an importer of budget tech products from China, from unknown manufacturers.

Not really. Each brand has the ability to alter Android as they please. For example, the settings menu on the Galaxy S4 is vastly different from the settings menu on the HTC One, and both are still again different from the settings menu on the Nexus 4, because both Samsung and HTC made changes to Android for their specific devices.

What ocnbrze was trying to say that, in your case, we have no idea what changes the manufacturer may have done to change Android. I also don't see you posting the Android version (unless I missed it somewhere?). The settings menu for Android 2.3 is also different from Android 4.0, and for 4.1

For perspective, my phone has the factory reset in Settings>Backup and Reset. I am running stock Samsung Android 4.1.2. Considering you are asking how to reset, I am guessing this option is not available in your device? This is what ocnbrze was trying to convey. Not all Android devices of different brands are made the same.

He can't get in:

I don't have experience with this exact tablet, but for a hard reset have you tried any of these?

volume down + home button + power button
volume down + power button
volume up + menu + power button
volume up + power button
volume up + cam +power
volume up + lock button + power
No volume keys:
but the thing is i have no volume keys just a power button and a homebutton

So, what combinations of power and home have you tried? I'd start with it powered off, hold the home button, press the power button for a moment, and keep holding the home button...see if that helps. Really, though, I'd just see what the manual says.
