Root Issues on bobz cm10

Since the thread for bobz cm10 has grown so big and hard to sift through for all the issues, I decided to put all from the 5/21 build in one place..
If there are any unlisted please add in comments..

-Gps doesn't lock on 100% and there's no notification to let you know it's acquiring or locked on. [FIXED] http://androidforums.com/motion-4g-all-things-root/745170-fixed-bobz-gps.html
-No notification for media scanner (not sure if it's supposed to)
-No notification for sync
-Can not connect to mobile hotspot via another device unless you install a third party tethering application (at least for me)
-Backlight and crt off animation issues(flashing johnny's paranoid port corrects this)
-1080p video turns purple
-No front facing video [FIXED] http://androidforums.com/motion-4g-all-things-root/753220-bobz-5-21-front-video-fix.html
-Profiles do not switch back on after turning off features i.e. sound, data, wifi, etc
-Phone will not vibrate for incoming calls or texts.(fix available thanks to Bob and Pg)(instructions in comments below thanks to SwoRNLeaDejZ)
-Under settings>display>automatic backlight>edit other settings..force closes
-Owner information does not display on lockscreen
-Incorrect data state (4g works but not stated correctly)
-Notification drawer widgets..LTE has to be long pressed to turn on/off.(paranoid port fixes)
-Can not charge the phone while off.. Plugging in the charger automatically turns phone on.
-Proximity issues when in call, (even with setting proximity to always on in call settings) this could have to do with the previously mentioned backlight issue.(paranoid port also fixes)
-In call volume, volume rockers do not turn volume up or down in a call(headset/earphones/speaker phone), and volume is still a little low

-Bluetooth connects as device to a car but won't play audio through car speakers.. You can control the phone through the car display, but like I mentioned no audio through the car speakers
-Can not download videos from Chrome (not sure if chrome related or rom related, but could download before on stock)

He was just trying to help us by giving us a full list of the issues on a new thread so we don't have to look for them throughout the WHOLE CM10 thread, and so that BobZ, PG, hK, or any other dev can attempt to fix them

i understand your intentions but in reality the regulars here and the devs already know all this. but this is still useful for new guys coming here so they will know in advance before they choose to flash the rom.

Exactly so now all the problems with bobz are here and not mixed up with other builds...which happen to be basically the same as on PG's build.

You should add the the OP instructions for fixing vibration:

1.) Download PG's latest build.
2.) Extract PG's build on your phone with an app like AndroZip.
3.) Open a file manager on your phone and navigate to system/xbin
4.) Rename cm10.tar inside of system/xbin to cm10.tar.bak (backup in case something goes wrong.
5.) With File Manager, navigate to PG's Build /system/xbin/cm10.tar and copy the file.
6.) Navigate back to system/xbin/ on your phone and paste PG's cm10.tar.
7.) Set permissions to -rwxr-xr-x (Owner should be set to 00000 - root and Group should be set to 02000 - shell) (To get to Permissions, long press the cm10.tar file and select properties, then the Permissions tab)

Would save a bunch of repetitive questions from idiots like me (i must have asked about this 50 times )

Well guess I don't have to now lol.. I'll add something to it.. I just didn't want to advertise it too much, as it is Bob's fix and PG's delivery so I just wanted to quietly add that in so it didn't seem like I had any credit on it.

I added a comment about your instructions in the op.. We'll just leave it there for now because there's not really a link to anything for it, just information, so I don't think there'll be too much trouble.

All we need now is better battery life and cm10 will be the ish! My battery life sux to the max and the battery heats up.

That is due to gps causing millions of partial wakelocks when enabled. Turn the GPS off until you absolutely need it, battery life will triple and battery will stay cool as a cucumber
