Root Strange prob. with JewelLust game...

Ok so I have a weird problem all of a sudden. I am running JRummy's remix 0.6 (CM 5.0.6.1) and when I go to launch the Jewel Lust game it is centered on the screen instead of full... It still plays fine but it is really small now. I just noticed the problem last night and did not have this issue when I first installed the ROM (I launched JL shortly after installing the ROM and it ran fine)...

Anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this? There aren't any option menus in the actual JL app so I don't know how I could change it. And I haven't done anything with the ROM itself since installing it and running JL...

Edit: I have rebooted and I wiped data and caches 3 times before I loaded the ROM orginaly...

not sure since I dont have the app and its paid so Im not going to test it out. I am interested to see this though. Take a screen shot. If all else fails there are like 50 variations of the jewel games on the market

Got a thought not sure if it will get you anywhere but if you have one try restoring a titanium backup of the app without data. Make sure you uninstall it first.

Will give that a try, I did uninstall it and redownload it from the market and that didn't help but I will try the restore thing and see. I'll let you know how it goes... Thanks again man...

I was also assuming that your backup is from before this started happening

Yea back up was from before... just tried it (even re-booted after the un-install) and still no go... I will post up a SS later...

Ok so I was able to get a Logcat of what the issue is... When I open up Jewellust it is throwing this error...

Error reading file: img/common/orient.png

I tried to find the file in the .apk but couldn't find a .png by that name. Anyone have any ideas?

Well like I said jewel lust sucks so I guess that's my final answer.

Turn on Compatibility Mode in Spare Parts to resolve the issue.

For me, problem was caused when I updated GPS Status app. Don't do that, btw, the only new feature it adds is advertisements.
