Root [ROM] SuperROM B13 v4.2 {updated 6-8-14}

DISCLAIMER: By using this ROM, you understand that only YOU are responsible for anything good or bad that may come from it.

This ROM is based on the newest B11 update. Some apps have been removed to reduce size and bloat, some apps added becuase they are great. It uses the super smooth Atom Launcher and has the Xposed Framework pre-installed for your convenience. Enjoy :)

If you are not currently running a B11 ROM, please download System_Prep_JB_warp2.zip and flash it after your backup but BEFORE flashing the ROM in step 7 below!!

How To Install:

  1. Download SuperROM_B11_2.zip to your sdcard
  2. Reboot into CWM recovery
  3. MAKE A BACKUP (optional, but highly recommended)
  4. DO A FACTORY/DATA reset
  5. Go to install zip from sdcard
  6. Choose zip from sdcard
  7. Select SuperROM_B11.zip
  8. Confirm
  9. Reboot

NOTE: Since this ROM is unsigned, Signature Verification will need to be disabled in CWM. This can be accomplished in the same menu as "Choose zip from sdcard". It says something like Toggle signature verification.

NOTE2: I recommend turning on Power Toggles, which gives you the notification area power widgets

NOTE3: If you prefer the Google Search bar at the top of all your home screens instead of the Atom bar, touch and hold the Atom Bar until a menu comes up, then drag the Google Search bar from the menu over the existing Atom bar and drop.

NOTE4: Your device must have CWM to flash ROMs. If it doesn't, please check out Junkie's Warp Sequent AIO Tool OR Warp2 CWM Recovery Flasher

How to use Xposed Framework:

Once the ROM is running on your device, go to your app drawer and select Xposed Installer. Click Install/Update and give it root permission. Then click on Modules at the top. Check the 2 boxes listed and reboot. Now you can open the 2 modules you just enabled from the app drawer and start playing around with stuff.
If you want a specific app to run in tablet mode, open Xposed App Settings, choose the app you want to modify, add these settings to the page that comes up:
DPI: 200
Screen (dp,px): 600x1024
Click the save icon at the top right and agree to kill the app. Open the app...now in tablet ui :)

You can use either stock or mine.
Mine will allow you to go below stock settings.
You could UC you max value with stock to get a little better battery life, but there are other features with mine to help make the phone faster.
I don't quite understand what you mean by flagging

Lol...I guess it was a suggested word with Swype. Anyhow I'm running super room 11 ROM but when I downloaded Serenity I couldn't find it under my download folder and when I flashed it with cmw it said something about dirty kernel under "about phone". I restored my previous backup but I'll download it again and see what happens.

My screen comes on and stays on when on charge. I figure odd not good for battery life nor for screen life. Any ideas?

You will need to get into Qualcomm settings app and uncheck the box that says "Stay On Plugged".

edit: I used this app to make a shortcut for Qualcomm Settings (it's called com.android.qualcomm in the app under activities).

thanx for all ur help so far lol. im trying to get used to this atom launcher lol. now if they try to update jelly bean OTA, would that hurt me or am i safe from it?

First, we are unlikely to see another ota update for quite a while if ever lol. Second, don't do an ota unless you are full stock...which SuperROM is NOT. It will fail at best, brick your phone at worst so avoid ota while running custom roms :)
