I happened to be in the right place at the right time, to have one of the Data Specialist from verizon at my local store. I got to see this latest new Droid called Incredible. They revved it up by adding more internal memory, and the programs respond at lightening speed. The camera is at 8 pixel's.There are few other bells and whistles, but what would make me jump on this is the amount of internal memory they added to it.
I don't care what anyone says, I am entitled to my opinion and here it is. I jumped from Blackberry to the Droid, because my Blackberry was moving like a turtle after feeding it enough of over stuff apps. Like the Blackberry, the Droid too adds applications to the internal memory, and not to the expansion card. I strongly and firmly belive that this is a way Verizon markets these phones, by not allowing the programs to go directly to the card, so that eventually you are going to want more memory, and so you are locked in for two years, and guess what? You are shelling out hundreds of dollars for the next generation phone. Not to shabby if you ask me. Just think of this, if the Droid would take all programs directly to the card, and then bridging the card some how to the internal memory so that when a program is called up, it responds quickly because the internal memory at this point is completely free, well then I guess no one would buy any future phones, would they?
