I ordered my INC on 4/14 and with all the "rumors" of phone being cancelled, and being that my phone was ordered before 4/19 and that when I ordered my phone and made some changes to my account that was messed up, I called. We fixed the problemwith my VZW account and I was able to verify that my phone was still on order.
Because we did not set up the computer system the way we would like it to work, we are seeing how it displays "phones that are on order but cannot be shipped yet" in the Verizon system.
If you do not see an email from FedEx by Wednesday, then I would be worried and then I would call and ask for one day delivery on Verizon's dime. If you have an order number and they have screwed up, they don't want the bad publicity. They want users with new INCs giving great reviews.
Maybe, just maybe, they will ship our phone a day or two earlier. We can hope.
