So I looked it up myself and site claims my store to be an. 'Authorized dealer"
Weird

So who is calling tomorrow?

After u get an answer.... tell them your currently staying at your parents place in Tampa, what can u do. : )

I was going to ask: are you sure they were not "FRUing" your phone out? Back in my days (a year ago) when the same person came back with a problematic phone, we would switch out their phone with a different comparable model, was this the case? Even if you got the box and everything perhaps they "cracked" a box bcz they had no FRU units for the L9. Now that you mentioned they're a dealer, some dealers were given the authorization of replacing phones

Beats me Bro. Basically they said there is nothing that can be done to fix my connection problems and they offered 150 dollars towards any phone I choose in store. I chose the L9 because of was exactly 150 bucks

If I had the money.... I would have gotten an s3 or 4

everybody the number on the receipt 877-719-2345 is not the corpo store number ,its a call center and they want me to turn fone off and take batt out then put batt bk in and dial #228 and foolow prompts, then try to make a call, internert and so on,then turn around and do the same thing again,if i still continue to hav probs then call 1-888-868-8768 from another phone so the can walk me trew there steps of codes, which i already kno from doing it so many times, then and only then if there is a prob they will issues me a ticket? the young lady i spoke with would cut me off in the middle of my ?s and she seemed to be bored from all thhe yawning id hear lol, looks like it might be a case of runing around so far this morning!!

By the way.... just a thought I had.

Maybe it is possible that they are buying back cdma phones from the locals because they sold off local towers? I think tbag mobile/Metro want to go all gsm.

Could be way off though. Only basing this on Facebook that my phone went from getting dill bars in my house to NO bars

The Optimus L9 is one of the first MetroPCS phones to run on T-Mobile's network. T-Mobile is GSM-based, as opposed to MetroPCS, which is CDMA. Right now you can only get this phone if you live in Boston, MA; Hartford, CT; or Las Vegas, NV. MetroPCS plans to add additional markets soon, though it makes your chance of getting on T-Mobile's network through MetroPCS extremely limited at the moment.

But if you're a MetroPCS user, why should you want to get on T-Mobile's network anyway? Well, since the T-Mobile/MetroPCS merger, MetroPCS will slowly be folded into T-Mobile. MetroPCS will ultimately stop selling CDMA phones, and while they will continue to work, there will be no additional improvements made to its CDMA network. This is in stark contrast to T-Mobile's GSM and LTE networks, which the company plans to improve considerably. On top of that, if you're using a MetroPCS phone, and you travel outside of the native coverage area, you start to roam on Sprint's 3G network. T-Mobile already has a wider coverage area than MetroPCS, and its 3G network is vastly superior to Sprint's, so you're going to see better speeds.

The Optimus L9 can be paired with any current 4G service plan. Take that with a grain of salt, as the Optimus L9 doesn't support T-Mobile's 4G LTE network, or even HSPA+ 42, so you're not actually getting real 4G data rates. Still, MetroPCS offers some pretty compelling contract-free rates. $40 per month gets you unlimited talk, text, and 500MB of '4G' data, with throttled speeds after that. $50 ups the ante to 2.5GB of '4G' data, while $60 per month gets you truly unlimited everything.

Compare those rates with T-Mobile, where each plan basically costs $10 more. Contract-free rates start at $50 per month, and that gets you all the talk and texts you want, along with 500MB of high-speed (3G or 4G) data per month, after which your speeds are throttled. $60 gets you 2GB of high-speed data, and $70 gets you unlimited high-speed data. But while T-Mobile is just a little pricier, you get a vastly larger selection of phones to choose from.

The Optimus L9 hooks into T-Mobile's HSPA+ 21 network. I saw average speeds of 6Mbps down and just over 1Mbps up, which should be plenty fast for most users. You can also use the phone as a mobile hotspot, and it connects to 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi on the 2.4GHz band

The L9 is available on FL. And as far as LTE speeds are concerned, I can vouch for the fact that my LTE speeds went from 4+ megabits per sec on the esteem to 16+ on the metro gs4 in the same place. We're talking about metros LTE and T-Mobiles LTE, service signal I can not speak of bcz I don't really talk on the phone, so far, I have not had any issues. I heard that some ppl that live in Apts their service for worse after the merge. My 2 cents

Metro PCS
10933 S US Highway 1, Port Saint Lucie, FL
Cellular Telephone Service, Cellular Telephone Equipment & Supplies
772-337-0944

I think it's automated and you have to select find store. Treasure coast. Port st lucie. Higway 1
I have gotten through to store before just a pain in the balls

Don't mention replacement phone

Call from land line if possible

State that data + service loss ever since latest software update. You have tried factory data reset/prl update etc.
Phone shuts off and reboots after data icon disappears

Ask if they can do a reset on their end or do they have a new in store update later than zve.

If they mention rebate.... tell them u are out of town, and ask which stores can help you.

Come on people! My luck sucks, and I got two broken phones.

Y'all need to get L9s and help me unlock this friggen boot loader so I can flash cm10.2

Yes I said it
Its avail
Its stable

Root and recovery was tricky
Boot loader pain in balls

I want results tomorrow people. Who's makin the call?

Now this is why i said they have a update problem and half of the esteem users are safe and the others are flat lined .
