Anyone waiting on the 10,000 mah extended battery and case from ZeroLemon?

For me, I love the idea of that much power, but hate the thought of carrying it around. I like the fit of the phone in my pocket as is.
I have a 12000mah portable charger and I also got a 10ft USB3 cable. I understand not wanting to be attached to a cable all the time, but I'm ok with charging mine every night.
With my Note 2, I had 2 spare batteries and it was a pain swapping out batteries all the time. I just came to grips with charging when needed...lol.

This might be a perfect solution for you,if not most here wanting more juice:

Amazon.com: Hyperion Samsung Galaxy Note 3 6400mAh Extended Battery + Black Back Cover (Compatible with Verizon Samsung Note 3 / At&t Samsung Galaxy Note III / Sprint Samsung Note 3 / ALL International Samsung Note 3 SM-N900 Models) **Now with NFC

I've inquired twice regarding the conflicting info regarding NFC.
About a couple weeks ago,OCT 16,2013 to be exact,HYPERION responded stating that this DOES NOT have NFC & had requested AMAZON to edit for accurate information:

Thanks for the inquiry and sorry for the confusion with the listing. There was an error that we think we finally got Amazon to correct. As of right now, the Note 3 extended batteries do no have NFC and it is being worked on and should be included in our next shipment in about 2-3 weeks. The standard size batteries that we sell as a kit of two batteries and a charger do have NFC capabilities available at this time.

Hope that helps,
Christine

I just assumed this was clarified, yet, the same conflicting information is still present as of NOV 1,2013.

A 2nd e-mail was sent earlier today to HYPERION requesting clarification yet again, will keep posted as info rolls in......

I use my smartphone - currently Note 3 - more than ever before. It's my mini laptop, even thought I always have my MacBook Air with me. When it comes to battery life that's never a priority when choosing a phone since there's always great alternatives on the market.

While I've used Mophie Juice Packs on my iPhones (yes I'm cross platform) and tried lots of external solutions, I just can't say enough good things about these second gen Anker externals. The various sizes insures you're bound to find one to your liking, they're compact, as light as possible, and truly deliver long run times as well as fast recharge times both for the pack itself, or when recharging your phone.

10 foot cable??? Holy Moly - Bat Guano

I'm just picturing you on your phone floating in weightlessness above the earth's atmosphere tethered to your 12000mAh powerbank charger in your yard at home.

Background music; Major Tom by David Bowie

In MrClean's voice:

Take my protein pills and turn my Note 3 on

Commencing countdown, all my app's are on
Open lockscreen and may God's love be with you

Spoken:
Ten, Nine, Eight, Seven, Six, Five, Four, Three, Two, One, Full bars!

This is Zero Lemon to Mister Clean
You've really made the grade
And the papers want to know whose Android shirts you wear
Now it's time to open 'multi-screen' if you dare

"This is Mister Clean to Zero Lemon
I'm venturing to the play store
And I'm downloading everything in a most peculiar way
And the battery levels look very different today"

For here
Am I talking with my new tin case
Far above the world
Planet Droid is blue
And the battery levels will do

Though I'm past one hundred thousand minutes
I'm feeling the battery is low
And I think my Note 3 knows which way to go
Tell my wife I love her very much (she knows!)

Zero Lemon to Mister Clean
Your circuit's dead, there's something wrong
Can you hear me, Mister Clean?
Can you hear me, Mister Clean?
Can you hear me, Mister Clean?
Can you hear....

Agree with the general thought that this phone doesn't need an extended life battery. I've had mine for almost a month, and average 2+ days use before having to recharge, using a lot of GPS/Maps.

i did pop for the 20,000 mAh power pack from Dailysteals.com that was available a few weeks ago. Awesome --- when fully charged, the power pack will recharge the phone when it's down to 15% in around 2 1/4 hours --- and only uses up about 25% of the power pack's charge. That, plus the car charger, is gonna be all I'll need.

What is your average screen time in order to get 2 days? anything over 5-6 hours of screen time and my phone needs to be charged.

One of the things I quickly noticed with the 9300 for the Note II was it wouldn't last me no longer than the battery that came with the phone.
There were many who swore they were getting 3 days usage out of it and I barely squeezed in 24 hrs.

I haven't read since my last post so I don't know if this has been mentioned but is ZL going to come out with a charger this time for the 10K?

Their batteries are extremely heavy and finding a 3rd party charger that actually worked was something I wouldn't wish on my enemy.

HAHAHA!! I love this!!
I got the 10ft cable for at home and work when I plug into an outlet, the extra cable length can be helpful. Especially when I plug into the power strip that sits behind my nightstand on the floor. I only use the supplied cable with my portable charger for the most part. :D

Received confirmation that the HYPERION 6400 does indeed have NFC capability.

Once it arrives (any day now),I'll put in a request to Staff here to move posts regarding this battery to a thread of its own & post initial battery life results. :)

Found out last week from ZeroLemon's website that they will be releasing and selling a 10,000 mah extended battery with a rugged case called ZeroShock for the note 3! I think the OEM 3200 mah battery is good but will pale in comparison to a 10,000 mah battery!

I HATE having to charge my phone every night so I am assuming I will only have to plug in once a week with the ZeroLemon battery.

Where did you read that? I can't find any info for note 3 or a 10000 mah:
https://www.google.se/search?num=20&safe=off&client=firefox-a&hs=Ucf&rls=org.mozilla%3Asv-SE%3Aofficial&q=ZeroShock+site%3Azerolemon.com&oq=ZeroShock+site%3Azerolemon.com&gs_l=serp.3...4061.4061.0.4387.1.1.0.0.0.0.42.42.1.1.0.ekp%2Ckpns%3D1000...0...1..31.serp..1.0.0.XVrTo51HmQ8

Ok, i see in a post above now:

sorry... =P

there is no longer any news on the zero lemon website. Anyone have any other info on this? Is the timeframe still 3rd week of nov 2013?

Latest on their Facebook page 45 minutes ago: "Current projection has it for the third week of novemeber roughly. There will be a formal post as soon as it goes live. We thank you for your patience and understanding. As long as you are a fan of the page you will get the notification and a direct link to the item. Hope this helps."

Thanks for the update! Don't know what the delay is for and why the battery and case got pushed back. I am going to assume that it was because of the built in screen protector not sitting flush with the screen. The note 2 zerolemon rugged case was also delayed because of the built in screen protector so that is why I am assuming the note 3 battery and case have been delayed as well.

I seriously can't wait to get my hands on the 10,000 mah beast and rugged case so I can STOP having to charge my phone every night! I HATE groping around for the charge cable at night in the dark just to watch a few vids from YouTube!

What is your average screen time in order to get 2 days? anything over 5-6 hours of screen time and my phone needs to be charged.

6 to 7 hours during the business day, mostly on the road with GPS on. Normal calling and a little surfing through 7 or 8 PM, then the phone's usually off. Rarely any video --- maybe that's my secret. :)

I'm guessing you are the only person doing this without powering the phone from the vehicle.

Interesting. My screen's not on all the time in the vehicle, but the GPS and Mobile antennas sure are. No Wi-Fi, no Bluetooth. After 2 days of this, starting from +/- 98% charge, I'm down to about 15%. I have my nifty 20 million mAh Dailysteals.com power pack with me, but have never needed it.
Couldn't be happier with the 3, and the battery.
