There are much bigger fish to fry nowadays, and thanks to DJRBliss and Loki the Motion is still getting some attention. You guys are lucky to have CM10 and overclock. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't KitKat only available on the Nex5 as of right now?
I dont know guys , something is telling me the motion and lg spirit will get an update . They have made us use an out of date os for while . Maybe they knew jelly bean wouldnt run so great on these two devices and were waiting for the kitkat update all a long . Mostly every other phone is on its latest android os exept for a couple . I say we join forces and demand kit kat if we dont get it .
As stated above, the motion is discontinued which means that manufactures and carriers don't want anything to with it. There is no way that they will spend so much time and effort on a discontinued device. If you really want kitkat, then just wait for the n5 which will only be 349 for 16 gb. It has a snapdragon 800, the fastest processor yer.

dont delude yourself, these devices are considered burners and niether LG nor Metro gives 2 craps about them. And if you hadnt noticed, you can gather all the ppl you want and demand all you want, it all falls on deaf ears.
I think someone in the future could create a rom with kitkat. Considering that it is not just geared towards flag ship phones. A phone with as little as 500mbs of ram could run it. It is not only faster but uses less resources. But the chances of an update through metro pcs is slim. An update of any phone through metro pcs is slim.

N5 has CDMA too, so its plausible. The motion getting it tho.... I dont see me getting it unless I have some miraculous amount of knowledge transplanted. lol
I doubt it will even ever get the 4.1.2 update! that sucks guys, stuck with custom ROMs, luckily I was able to order a White Nexus 5 which I will be receiving by the end of the day today according to UPS, so yeah, I guess this will be goodbye, and I wish you guys the best and if anyone needs files from my nexus 5 extracted, just ask me
Got the white nexus 5, kinda would have liked the black one a little bit more because the white speaker grill is just inconsistent, but i'll get used to it hopefully

i dont get why people are thinking that metro is gunna activate teh cdma side of the nexus 5, they would then have to give out a uicc and hope it all works etc etc.... or give a metro sim and know it all would work with some apn settings and you are on the new network they have been pushing for....

I thought the tmobile version of the Nexus 5 would work just fine with metro just like the gs4; which is one of the phones running on tmobiles network through metro.
