Help 2.1 update coming May 15th... per sprint employee

bwahaha nice. This made me lol. The update will be here when it gets here. Who cares really, most of us are running pretty stable 2.1 to tide us over. :D

Most of "us" here on the forums have it, yes. But not most of the Moment owners. I saw a guy at work today with a moment running 1.5. I seen quite a few ppl with Moments at my job actually. (I work at the library)

I haven't flashed to 2.1 yet as I am very interested to see the process of the 'official update' on Android. This will be my first, and I am still very hopeful that it will be an OTA update, despite what the rumors I've been told.

Anyway, from the sounds of it, there are plenty of issues surrounding the DD03 and DD10 leaks, so I am holding out for a solid approved release - which will hopefully be here in a few weeks.

Very Doubtful that it will be a solid release...

I am also waiting for the official release. I have issues with the phone now and if 2.1 doesn't fix them I am going to assume they are hardware issues.

Issues:
Blue tooth connectivity, airplane mode, phone rings but can't answer call until I slide the keyboard out, generally slow.

I believe yours are hardware issues if you have updated to CL14 and done a hard reset. Your phone is not working properly. That will not allow 2.1 to fix it unless you wish to try the leaked version and you can always go back to CL14 when the official comes out.

Agreed. I am happy to have my leaked and stable 2.1 with no issues. I couldn't be happier. I will try the Official when it comes out but thankfully I know I can count on the developers of our community to make it better!
The only way I could be happier if the new 2.1 fixes CDMA lockup. And maybe eliminate the general graphics stutter.

2.1 DD10
Bluetooth fixed (this was my main complaint with 1.5)
I never had airplane mode issue
Ring but can't answer fixed
Generally slow - I always thought the phone was pretty fast, but I'm coming from a Pre. 2.1 seems as fast a rooted 1.5 to me.
