Not gonna lie, I was looking at the gradient case online in the pictures I hated it. Popped over to the VZW store today and they had a bunch of the accessories in stock and that happened to be one of them. Yep...I now have a gradient case sitting on my desk waiting for the trusty FedEx man...

We do not have any information if a case will be made at this time for that device, but it is something that has been requested a lot. I would say to keep an eye on our website, as it will have the most up to date information on any new releases that we may have.

This is the e-mail that I received from Otterbox today:

We are working on cases for the Incredible. Please bear in mind that we do not receive access to devices before the general public does so our work on a particular case begins on the day a device becomes available.

Got mine today too - I like the texture of it too - very soft and smooth feeling texture.

Called Verizon store and asked if they got HTC Incredible Shipment in today and the guy told me yes.

Went to Verizon and a lady tried to tell me no not until the 29th. I told her I called and a guy told me yes. She said oh ok wait a minute and walked back out with a bunch of cases/accessories.

Looks far better than any of the pics Ive seen even on the forum so far give it justice. Its got a darker fade and with the phone actually in it it adds to that look. I didn't care for the extremely bright red look. Most of the stores seem to have gotten their shipments in in the last day or two. Probably worth popping up to the store and asking to see it.

Does anyone who has used the high-gloss silicone covers know if the back is thick enough to prevent the camera lens from scratching? I'm thinking about buying this case until the otterbox case is released.

Can you return it if you open it? If you got it online, can you return it in store? That red gradient case looks slick, and as much as I prefer not using a hard cover, I think I'd rather have that than the black glossy case. Ultimately I want the Seidio Innocase II but I need something in the interim. The one thing that sucks about getting a new release phone is that the accessories are limited right out of the gate.

Verizon offers one where it faces in. Lists for $29.99 but on sale for $22.49. Mine just arrived. Now all I need is the DI! It's called the Shell/Holster combo. Has a clip (rotates) then a back that snaps on the phone. The phone then slides in/out of the case from the top. Feels (without phone) like a snug fit so carrying in horizontal position should not be a problem in terms of phone sliding out.

From the feel of the case, do you think it will be "sticky" pulling it out of your pocket? I've only ever used a silicone case with my old Blackberry, and after a month I got rid of it because it made it difficult to get the phone out of jeans pockets.

The silicone case from VZW its not sticky AT ALL. I have the black one and its VERY nice.

You know what I like about this forum, I don't have to feel silly for buying accessories for a phone I don't actually have yet. Everyone I know just looks at me funny.

I bought the red snap on cover, Red's my favorite color and it matches my Mini.

Does anyone know of a good POUCH type case? Like a slide in pouch that RIM uses? I like that style in conjunction with a screen protector, however, I can't find any. The closest I have found is Incipio. They make one for the iPhone, but I have yet to compare iPhone dimensions to HTC Incredible. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Isnt the actual screen size for the nexus one the same as the Inc? Doesnt that mean the stenhall crystal for the nexus one should fit the DI as well?

No, they're not interchangeable - the shield will cover the front of the phone in its entirity, including the capacitive buttons, with cutouts for the optical joystick and speaker grill.

I will be getting this one too (VZW6300HOC). I had the 6200HOC on my Droid Eris and liked it very much. The phone will not slide out accidentally, and there's enough tension that it takes some force to rotate the belt clip from vertical. With the Eris, you could insert the shell part right side up or upside down, so you could charge the phone in the holster. I don't suppose charging in the holster will be possible with the Incredible, since the charging port is on the side rather than on the bottom like the Eris.

Just arrived. The case is gorgeous. It's thin and had a nice sheen. The color is perfect, not to dark not to garish. It doesn't add much bulk and isn't sticky.

I took pictures with my crappy Storm phone but the color was off. I will take pictures of the case with the Incredible when it finally charges.

Has anyone come across a case yet that when on the Incredible, will "level" out the back of the phone and is not molded to the tiered design? Something that will make the back feel like it is completely flat and flush with the camera lens.

I just got this case today & it has slots in the side for the charging port and I think the micro SD card slot.
