Bears Goggles On

Anybody else having trouble when clicking on news and they get a dead link? I'm running 2.1v2. There was an update today but my problem still isn't cured.

It does that in some of the apps for 2.1 v1 (like mobsters) I would try downloading Dolphin Browser or Tunny Browser(Lightweight v. of Dolphin) and set it as your default browser.
If that does not work I would try uninstalling and reinstalling. If it's still not working, it may be a problem that is on the end of the creator.

Again, i'm saying I use V1 of 2.1 So these may not work. These are just useful tips that are universal.

I tried everything you suggested and no luck. I did send an email to the developer and apparently I'm not the only Eris user that has trouble with this ap. Thanks for your suggestions.

From what I remember, links to web pages from apps do not work on either leak. There's been some talk about it around here. Urbanspoon doesn't work and I had bear goggles for a while and it never worked. don;t think it;s gonna happen but if you figure it out, fantastic

I had issues with the Digg app and it giving me broken links. I got so pissed I just deleted it thinking it was the app.

I still think it is, but does it work for 1.5 if it is indeed the leaks that are messing us up?

Yep...great isn't it?! I was trying to figure out what the hell bears goggles was but I guess you were drunk when you wrote the title of the post.
