Do you think the employees are gazing in awe at the massive pile of HTC Incredibles that aren't shipping in a timely manner?

Has anyone heard of a phone escaping that facility yet?

There has been a couple of people say that theirs has shipped out of Memphis. I talked to customer service there this morning, and they said they have a huge back-log of shipments due to the storms throughout Tennessee and other locations in the South over the past several days. Because our phone technically doesn't have an estimated delivery until tomorrow, other packages that are closer or beyond their delivery time-frame take precedence. Hopefully we will have an update soon. Mine has been sitting there since 9:00pm Sunday night.

My INC is actually on its way to me right now. It should get here within the next 2 hours since I got the phone shipped to my work & the FedEx guy goes around 2pm everyday. Can't freakin' wait!

yup still sitting there.. unless it ships out by midnight tonight, it will not get to kingsport tn in time to make it on a delivery truck tomorrow. That's for me that is... Just takes too long to travel from 1 corner of TN to the other.

Looks like yours and mine will be on the same truck ;)

I have seen some packages that I have tracked before hit Knoxville or TRI in the middle of the night (after midnight) and still make it by the next morning. I would say we're still ok. It is just frustrating that "2-Day Service" technically becomes a 4 day service...at least for me. Mine was sent out on the 25th.

Yeah stuck in the Memphis hub with the rest of you (I am in WI). Everytime I see the FedEx ground truck drive through the parking lot of my office complex I get excited only to be let down when the mailroom does not have my package. Guess the FedEx website is accurate, I was secretly hoping it was not updating properly.

I really need to work on my patience. Only another day or two to wait.

Mine has been sitting since 2:48pm in Memphis on the 25th

I am also in the same boat, Mine has been in Memphis since Sunday about 1 pm.

It is disappointing to keep checking the tracking only to find no updates.

Mine is coming to Pittsburgh, PA I wonder why they decided to go through the Memphis location when I beleive there is a hub near Philly.

still sitting in Memphis since 7pm on sunday....... its just annoying that they should have shipped it overnight like i selected and i would have had it today like a lot of other people, dont change my shipping option to save you money just because you go and ship items out sooner.

i think i could have drove down to memphis and back to ohio faster than they are able to ship by plane

His friend said our packages are in the 2 day can. So in essence a holding pen. Sooooo, tonight we should see the package move on a route as if it were an overnight package, ending in delivery to our houses tomorrow as scheduled.

I used to work holidays in a FedEx Sort facility. Trust me, the boxes all blur together and are simply brown rectangular pieces of work. Memphis sort has a capacity of 160,000 packages / hour during peak times. Our little boxes are in a huge maze of conveyor belts with each employee not really caring what is in it.

I must be missing something. It was received on Sunday. I would think the first day of "2 day" would start on the first business day - yesterday. The 2nd day would be today, right?

Sunday doesn't count as a day. Packages move through the system on Sundays, but no new packages are added. Monday is the pick-up day. Next-day would be then Tuesday. Two-day gives you Wednesday.

correct, people have just noticed that the package is still in Memphis and is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, so i think we all figured the package would have moved out of memphis by now.... but it hasnt....
