It does work fine. Thanks. Watching the game now and the limit hasn't kicked in. Too bad cause it took me three days to get the ADB bridge running and have my computer recognize the phone has a network card. Then, when I finally hit the usb toggle on the phone, everything recognized it (the PC had a local network there, and the phone said it was on), but there was a bubble message says invalid Sprint ID. But who cares FoxyFi is working well. Go android!

Hey bro, that would be
/system/etc/poweron.snd

Just rename it to poweron.snd.bak to silence it if that's what you are doing

Hi my Transform Ultra with MegaTron will not connect to the internet unless it is on WiFi. The Google Navigation does not seem to want to connect either but the instant messaging works. All other functions seem to work. Any help to this noobie would be great.

Is 3g on?? Try turning off WiFi and leaving 3g on. Also is GPS on?

Believe it or not, I still haven't rooted my S3 yet. been having it for a month now. really its beautiful just the way it is... yall know that wont last long though.

I turned the wifi off and same thing. GPS mode on or off either one same thing. No internet browsing or using apps that need internet when not connected ti wifi. The 3G icon is on the top of the screen but I don't see movement of the two arrows. Odd thing is it can still send and receive text messages. Is there an actual setting to turn 3G on....?...MATT

Go a couple of post back. I posted megatron 6.1.1 version the other day. Download it and install it. See if you have the same problems.

Exact thing happened to me, i tried refreshing data and then activation would not go thru, i was able to send and recieve texts and calls but not able to access the net.....How i fixed it (long story short).....make a recent backup, download Ctmod, install it thru CWM, reboot, when sd card and new rom loads, the activation went thru, prl update updated as well as profile and firmware, app updates started popping up and was able to access the internet, then went back to CWM restored the megatron backup and it worked.....this was exactly two days ago for me, hope it works for you as well....

The foxfi (sprint and AtaT) still limits. I also noticed the PRL and Profile update won't work. Didn't need to do the PRL or Profile update just was trying to tune the phone up before I watched the games at work. Everything is great otherwise thou. Watched two games at work fine. Add blocker was able to update 4/4 which it never did, and it asked me to reboot, which was also new. All the apps look/function better. This rom brought the phone up to par with all the app/functional updates that are out there. Happy Thanksgiving.

I think we have the problem narrowed down to the baseband in the install.zip is one that hasent been cleared/ reset before being copied out so everyone (I think) is getting the same activated profile.

I'm glad there's still active development for the TU, I feel it's a unique phone, truly in a league of it's own. While my camera might suck, the screen might not be 4.3", it might not be 4G, and it might not be Android 4.0 or higher, this phone really shines in the fact that it's a full QWERTY keyboard, has a 4280mAh Sporting Persistence battery, and I pay $40/month for 2.5GB of unthrottled, unlimited data, unlimited talk and text, which is about what I expect in a prepaid phone. Thanks for trying to polish even further, maybe I'll not be afraid to toy with my phone's software enough one day for me to try it. Lawd have mercy, I need a working phone.

Def do it. It's all spelled out in here, and if you get all f'd up just buy one of these guys a beer and they help you out solid. Just don't go to crazy deleting system apps/files you'll be amazed.

Everything running stable and flashy. I said earlier that the PRL and profile won't update, but wanted to add no problems with getting texts/messages.

Chev and I haven't talked much since last post.. Probly because we both have been busy as hell. last we talked, he did express to me about making some changes to Megatron to fix some issues people have had with the latest version so im sure when he and i get some time to mess with it we will get on it.

I had to ga back to stock/rooted and do a hands free activation to get my functionality back.
Then I just restored my megatron backup cuz restore doesn't have anything to do with baseband. Then it all worked fine from there on out

Have you tried going into settings and updating profile?
