The new update was 4.1.2 to 4.3

Did you get the Sprint update or the MPCS update? The update may have reset your APN to the other carrier. Look up MPCS APN data (it's on the web) and make sure yours is set properly. You won't get MMS using the parent company's data.

what i linked should fix ya, if you dont know what to do with it then i suggest taking it to wherever you got the phone flashed. software issues like this were an issue for the cdma stuff, luckily all of this wont be an issue in 2015 when the cdma network gets shut off. gsm is much easier to deal with this kind of stuff
