Hello guys

I will start by being honest - i do not posses great powers for technical instruments. Have that in mid please ;)

But the problem is, og rather, the case is that i have been using the Mozilla Sunbird Calender for a long time now, and it's brilliant. But then i got my Hero and i wanted to combine the calender on the phone and on the computer. As far as i know that is not possiblem with Sunbird?
But now i have faced the fact that changing to another calender might be okay, so i looked into Outlook 2003, and it seems okay. Case is, how do a sync my phone calender and pc calender.
And please do not hide any details :)

Install the HTC Sync software on the PC :

HTC Sync Upgrade for HTC Hero

Plug in the Hero to the USB port, and hopefully the HTC Sync application will recognise the phone. If it doesn't then usually this is because the driver isn't loaded. You can check this by examining the device manager, and you should have an 'Android USB Devices' entry with 'My HTC' listed below it.

I use Outlook 2007 and the Calendar/Contacts Sync OK, although the HTC Calendar application has many documented deficiencies - search posts :-(

I believe there are a couple of commercial apps, that sync Outlook up to the 'cloud', which then allows the phone to automatically sync, however, I'm a little wary of this concept at the moment ;-)
