It feels like soft touch plastic. Maybe a little more rigid.

It's not so much blending as it is the fact that light passes through the phone. Since there's nothing opaque behind the sides in some of the shots, they appear brighter.

I think I'm leaning towards a silicone case for the same reason. I have dropped my current phone more times than I can remember.

I like this case, but I'd actually prefer a solid black color. Do you guys know if any of the black cases on VZW are like this one?

As I said earlier, it looks discolored due to the translucent nature of the case.

That actually looks better than I expected. The pictures on the site made it look like some terrible paint job people get on their cars to make it look "cool", but I think I might go to the store Thursday and see if they have any accessories for it.
