Root please advise

o.k., I'm stuck at the first Samsung screen. I am able to boot into download mode, but there is no recovery. The indicator light turns purple and the screen say upload mode but has no opitions. Shouldn't this be where the format options are available?
I have to admit that I flashed a different device's stock rom. (I think).
I've learned my lesson please help..;.

only hold vol+down/up and power dont hold home as well.

download mode is volume down and power

recovery is volume up and power

upload mode is volume down, camera, and power

try getting into download mode and
flash koumas recovery

then wipe data while in recovery (or restore a backup)


or try flashing our stock rom
