New to this can someone help me

Hiya, I have always used droid phone. Someone bought me a hipstreet flare as a Christmas present. I am a t a loss at how to use it. I can email and browse the Net no problem, but I cannot sync my phone, when I do it say I need sync app, tried downloaded that and it says parsing error. I can view my pictures on my proper camera on the tablet but can not get them to move over ? I have in the past been able to over come most issues with internet hep but this tablet has got be completely beat. Instruction with tablet are very very basic. I would realy appreciate it if someone could help me or point me to the right place, person or forum
