Things to do when you are Rooted
Before preforming any of these things make sure you make a NANDROID BACKUP:

*Uninstall system apps: Use this app or use a file manager. The app is the safest for someone who don't know what they are doing.

*Install Xposed framework, and modules: Xposed framework allows you to install and use modules. These modules (Unicon, theme manager, Xblast Tools, XuiMod,etc) allow you to edit/add many features onto your phone that would usually be included in custom ROMs.

*Backup EFS :
I suggest anyone whenever you root backup EFS. Cause once its lost there is no easy way to get it back. I had to buy another exhibit due to messed up EFS files. Here how to backup:
