Unfortunately Settings Has Stopped

Okay, I have the LG Optimus F3 by Metropcs. My problem is that whenever I try to open the settings, it says "Unfortunately Settings Has Stopped". I've done some research and people have said that a factory reset may work, and I already did it so it's basically new right now, but settings doesn't open and keeps crashing still. Please give me some ideas/tips that have worked for you or may work for me

Will reflash the stock firmware and fix all issues, unless it is a hardware issue. Which in this case I doubt.

So this just started happening to me today for no apparent reason. I tried the de-brick method... four times now, restored backups, googled it, tried updating to zv6, reinstalling settings, clearing data on settings, factory resets, everything, and settings - security will not open. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to help me out, I really want to get this working again

I never found out how to fix it haha...
just went to the store , gave them mine and got the F3 again for a cheap price
