Thanks to this forum I was able to fix my phone after bricking it. So I feel I need to give back. I found out what caused the error and see there is no other post on the subject other than HELP, I bricked my phone, what do I do now. So figured I should give back.

The cause is by doing one of 2 things. Either by removing "My Metro" or by stopping the "My Metro" service. (MetroPCS Easy wi-fi is also a suspect but not yet proven.)

When the phone starts, just after the LG bios starts and is completed, the MetroPCS splash sequence starts. This splash is located as a series of pictures somewhere on the device drive. (Cannot remember where I found it at the moment.) This splash page sequence is controlled by My Metro. Disabling My Metro is the Security Error because this is the software that connects you to the MetroPCS network.

DO NOT DISABLE "MY METRO" in anyway. Do not stop Services, start-ups, start-up triggers or disabling the application, or remove the application. This must be run or you will BRICK.

My Resources: This is of course a lesson from personal experience. Even though I am a programmer of 30 years experience, this is not information from reading any code. This is an assumption from insanity. Meaning I did the same thing over and over again expecting different results until I got different results. When I stopped disabling My Metro my problem went away. There is one other application I stopped disabling and that is MetroPCS Easy Wi-fi. This is also be a suspect. But because I starts with MetroPCS I am not going to mess with it any more. The M Studio, Metro Block-it and Metro 411 are safe to disable or remove.

I know what I know because of 30 years of breaking shat. Funny thing is, I need to get use to calling it Bricking instead. But it's all the same in the end.:)

You only bricked because this phone has a locked bootloader. To safely remove those apps you need to install a loki'd kernel which allows the removal of those apps without bricking. Loki bypasses the locked bootloader and gives you the benefits of an unlocked device.

Here's a loki'd kernel I made for this device...

[KERNEL][MS770][LOKI] Freedom Kernel Overclocked

If you look around there should be another made by someone else.

Yeah, it was rooted.

On a side note... I could have sworm morning call was related to a couple live wallpapers also. I seem to remember physically deleting those metro apps on my motion without issue, but its been a while and I recently sold my motion so I cant verify.

I just checked and I do have the live wallpapers disabled now and it doesn't seam to be a problem.

The first thing I asked myself is what the heck is "morning call and what does it mean." Got me thinking.. horn blowing in the morning doing a traditional wake up? Well, that is what is going on when you turn the phone on. It's waking up, right? Who sounds the horn? Well, in this case the one blowing the horn is MetroPCS. I put it together that My Metro is blowing the horn then cause I traced the morning call images to My Metro. Wake up call, morning call, morning announcements, whatever they want to call it.. Then I got to thinking that the reason it is a security error is because it obviously is what connects to their network and any tampering with their connection software would be a security threat then. Just makes since to me at this point unless someone else has more to say about it.

OK.. I see what you're saying. Yes. Sounds right to me. I need get control of the boot order first before disabling something critical in the boot list. However.. If I am right about what I suspect about the roll being played by my metro app then what?

You're over thinking it lol. Just install the kernel and slap my metro app off your phone like I did on my LG Spirit and most LG Motion owners have done. ;)

No need to worry about boot order. The loki system tricks the bootloader into thinking its unlocked and bypasses the morning call check.
