Does Lastpass app work on apps?

The Lastpass password manager app can be used on a web browser, but does it work on apps? I'm sure it has been updated to the point where it can be, but I haven't tested because it requires a subscription to use.

Does anyone out there use this app? I'd like to know what others have to say about it :p

I have the app installed but I typically use it to copy/paste passwords when I need to

Yes. You go into Lastpass, then copy your username/password to your clipboard, and then paste them into your app.

I've been using Dashlane, a different password manager. A recent release added a sort of in-app capability in the form of a keyboard. When you have to enter text, the Dashlane keyboard is one of your choices, and it'll pull the login info from Dashlane and enter it for you. Problem is, other than that ability, it's a very basic keyboard, and switching to (and back from) it isn't that much easier than cut-and-pasting.
