I have individual scans in pdf format of my sheet music which I intend to use w/a pdf reader on an Android tablet. Since each page is an individual scan multi-page songs are separate files which I can't view seamlessly. Is there an App that will allow me to combine the files of a multi-page document so that can go from page to page?

Not an app on the phone, but Adobe Acrobat (even the standard version) will allow you to combine two files. You can download a free trial at PDF writer | Adobe Acrobat XI Standard but the cheapest I've seen it for is $279.

If you're planning on doing it with a PC and your a windows user pdf24 will allow you to do that (in a nice point a click sort of way Create PDF | Free PDF Creator & Converter | PDF24.org

Or PDF SAM which is a it more old school in its interface
PDF Split and Merge | Split and merge pdf documents, free and open source

Or LibreOffice (Windows/Linux/Mac) is suprisingly good at editing PDF files...
LibreOffice 4.1 is here!
and thats another freebie

(if anyone has an android way of doing it, that would be useful as well(
