Help problems with settings after update

Does anyone know how to put a app on your"vergrendelscherm" lock screen. Soo that you can start a app when your phone is locked. With the old android it was possible.... I just had to push the unluck button, swip over the app on the screen, unlock the phone and the app started... now its gone!!! Now u have to search for the app on my phone after unlocking. Hope it is clear what i mean...

Go into Setting/My device/Lock screen. Make sure Shortcuts is turned on and then tap Shortcuts to select which apps you want.

It is not there anymore after the update!!

You can Choose your sort of lock, mine is with pattern
Widgets lockscreen, this is clock and personal message...
A box to vink to make it possible to see your patern
Automatic lock within ... sec or minutes, whatever you want
And a box to vink lock button same as on of button

I tried to use al sorts of locks on the phone, but non of them makes it possible to use shortcuts again...

Sorry, I am on a US variant of the S3 with 4.3 and that is where it is on mine. Also the shortcuts can only be used with the Swipe lock screen only, not the Pattern, Pin or others.

A think there's something called cover lock screen in the app store that let's you do that.

I used before the update with pattern, but now swipe works after the reboot!
