My Galaxy SIII Is In A Boot Loop, And Will Not Power On. Please Help![Detailed Description Included]

Hello all! This is my first post. The malfunctioning of my phone inspired me to get involved in this forum. Especially being that my phone is my baby (Quite literally). :smokingsomb:
This December of the 21st my phone was delivered as a Christmas present from my Father, now I was so excited, I had set out a certain place to put my phone at night, searched ways to have the top most upkeep, and anything else for the sake of this new coming phone.
Now I have been charging it nightly, usually turning it off, then plugging it in the charger outlet, well one day as I was coming in my room back from the shower, I noticed my phone wasn't charging! I looked at it, picking it up to examine it it started charging again, so I placed it down, and it quit charging the charger had to be adjusted a certain way for it to work.
Being afraid of damaging the USB Port I decided to just use another charger, so I did. this charger was one I used on my old LG Flip phone, and it had a more snug fit. It charged.
One night as I was falling asleep i was still using my phone, and I well fell asleep. i woke up soon noticing my phone was underneath me, (So much for being my baby.) and as I picked it up, I slid it on the end table by my bed. I noticed it wasn't charging. :goodnight:
So I got on Youtube searched a few videos, one said to take the battery out for three minutes, then place it back in, and connect the charger, I did it. And what had happened was the loading screen, or the swirly thing popped up, the phone vibrated, and shut off. And I noticed as I left it on the charger it would do that over, and over... :thinking:
So I get my Dad to take a look at it, he tries this technique were you take the battery out, insert the charger, then insert the battery. And it worked! :dancing:
So as I was going through the day I was using it and it died, I forgot about it, didn't even think to plug it in.
Later I glanced over at it, and plugged it in, it was doing the same thing before my Dad had messed with it, so I expected I should re-do it. Take the battery out, insert the charger, and place the battery back in.
And it didn't work. I think one would consider this "Soft Brick," but I can't go into recovery, and every time I insert it via-laptop the laptop notifies me, it's synced/or connected and then notifies me it's disconnected. It will do that for infinite rounds until it stops, and is totally inaccessible. I read the "Return Policies," and this was said;
"Top10Cell offers a 30 day return policy/warranty for defective items and a 14 day return policy for any other reason. All phones are subject to a restocking fee."

Now if I could return I would, but since it's well past the limit of days before returns is over, it's not an option.

~ I was hoping in posting on a Android based forum I could get some legitimate information, and perhaps solutions to these tedious troubles.
