i've been drooling over the nexus one from the beginning, waiting and waiting for it to get to verizon, and .... well, you know. so i got the incredible, should be here tomorrow.

i have tried to find answers to the few questions i have, but have not. so if you could just clear up a few things

1. does the incredible have text to speech enabled in ALL text fields like the N1?

2. does the incredible have the cooliris gallery that syncs to picasa?

3. does the N1 have anything that it can do stock out of the box (not rooted) that i will not be able to do with the incredible?

thanks. i am really looking forward to finally getting an android phone and an feeling a strange mix of excitement and anger. i really really wanted a N1, even after the incredible came out, but i had no choice if i want to stay with VZW. oh well, guess i'll have to settle for a super-amazing phone.

I had the N1 and now have the incredible. It doesn't have the same photo gallery like the cool one on the N1. It will share to picasa.

Yes it appears to have the speech to text on all the keyboards..texting, browser and email it does anyway.

In my opinion you get more out of the box with the incredible with sense UI. Corp (EAS)email is one of the big ones.

You can install the N1 gallery on the Incredible.

The Incredible uses a better screen than the Nexus One. Its made by a completely different Mfr, does not have the multitouch issues as the Nexus, its more responsive as well.

The two phone are quite different indeed.

The screen is much more sensitive for sure..the whole bottom row on the n1 was problematic. The new maXTouch sensors make a difference it would appear.
