Is there a "clock app" for drop down menu?

At the moment, "StatusBar+" blocks the default clock there, and I don't want to make clock to be in the notification bar, so I thought a nice middle ground would be a clock in the drop down menu (like, as an "notification icon") but I don't seem to find any.

Is there an app that can do this?

I'm not sure I entirely understand your issue, but I use an app called Notification Toggle that allows me to put whatever toggles/shortcuts/apps I want in the notification drop down shade.
