Any way to find out if my S4 is network-locked?

Hi all :)

I have recently become the proud owner of Galaxy S4 (GT-I9505, Android 4.3).

I'm on Vodafone (United Kingdom) network, however I got the phone through the independent retailer who offers phone deals on all networks, and the phone does not seem to be branded with any of Vodafone's logos, bloatware, animations, etc, so I'm thinking that the phone is maybe not even network locked to begin with?

I know the obvious answer, try a different sim card, but it just so happens that I do not have a micro SIM of a different network. Any different way, like maybe punching in some code through phone's firmware?

Thanks

I have a similar set up to you, i.e. on Vodafone, but purchased from an independent online retailer and my phone is unlocked.
