Tmax tablet not working NEED HELP! PLEASE!

It is a tmax 9" hd tablet
and ive tried restarting it to factory settings,
rebooting it multiple times.
clearing data,
resetting app preferences
and when i do turn on my tablet i get these error messages with A BLACK SCREEN behind it
"Unfortunately, the process android.com.phone has stopped"
"Unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped"
"Unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped"
"Unfortunately Email has stopped."
"unfortunately exchange services has stopped"
"unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped."
"Unfortunately android keyboard (AOSP) has stopped
"unfortunately launcher has stopped"
Unfortunately google play services has stopped

Nothing works, I can get to my home screen and unlock it but then it cuts to black and the screen turns off. There are all these error messages and whenever I press ok they keep returning. and once i do get to the settings i need to do it all over again.
Ive reset to factory settings through the settings in the android and the small button hole on the back of the device but the same things happen.
some help would be greatly appreciated and maybe some reason why such a poor piece of **** machine was devolped in the first place.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm reiterating it is a Tmax digital 9 tablet.

I found a fix.

When starting up press and hold the power button along with the minus ( -) volume button. This will lead you to a start screen with several options. Chose to clear the cache then rebooot. After the reboot, immediately turn off the tablet. Repeat the process that takes you to the start screen then chose factory reset. You will lose all your data but then the tablet should work fine.

I hope this helps anyone else with a similar problem.

I am having a somewhat similar problem except mine won't even turned on. It was being slow so I turned it off and when I went to turn it back obit wouldn't go. It's been Stuck on the same go screen for over an hour. I have tried everything including the reboot and restart and it still won't come on. Any help?

So you tried what was already suggested here. http://androidforums.com/general-ta...not-working-need-help-please.html#post6441614
Which is trying to get it into recovery mode to re-initialise it. If you can't get anything even after doing that, it's likely fatal. Software probably corrupted and it has to be reloaded. Is it under warranty and can you contact the supplier?

First, let me say that this tablet is crap, a real pain in the ass. Have figured out how to get it working after being frozen in the GO screen.
From GO screen, turn tablet over & find reset hole. I used a paper clip. Push it quickly, & don't hold it in.
Screen will go black. Push the - button & the enter button at same time. Hold them in until reset instruction screen appears.
Scroll down to Factory reset. Push enter button, but don't hold it in. A screen with a bunch of no's & 1 yes should appear.
Push enter button to scroll down to yes. Push enter button, but don't hold it in. When it is reset, the screen will return to say TMAX and then the GO screen should appear. This worked for me after many frustrating attempts to reset the freaking thing. I was sure it was fried. Good luck!

Brenda, which screen are you in? My tablet shut down today, would not turn on, screen black. I pushed the - button & power button at same time & held them in until the options screen came up. On the reboot option, push enter button, quick click, don't hold in. TMAX screen came on, then "GO" screen. Within 1 or 2 minutes it went to unlock screen. I can't remember if I pushed the reset button on back of tablet. If the first directions don't work, try pushing in the reset button on back with paper clip, quick click, don't hold in. Let me know if it works for you. This tablet is a real pain in the a#*, which you've probably discovered. Good luck! R Daniels

Brenda, I'd do the reset on back of tablet with a paperclip. Push in, quickly, & don't hold in. Next, press & hold at same time the - button & the on/off button until reboot screen comes up. You'll probably have to do a factory reset. Scroll down using the volume button to factory reset. Now quickly press & don't hold in the on/off button. It should go to screen that has a bunch of no's & 1 yes. Scroll down using volume button to yes by factory reset. When you push in the on/off button to select, push in quickly, & don't hold in. Should go to a green little robot. Wait for TMAX screen, then the GO screen. Shouldn't take over a few minutes to go to unlock screen. Do not reboot after resetting. Don't forget to push the reset on back before you start process to reset. I just had to reset my piece of crap again, today. Good luck, let me know! You'll have to reload all of your apps.

Hello. My tmax also stopped working so I called their office and they gave me a repair ticket number and their address to ship to. I simply wrapped bubble wrap around it and put it in a padded envelope and paid to ship it to chino, california. No charger or box sent and I received it back in 6 days. It works like new and cost nothing because it was only 6 months old. Now they did not say what went wrong but I think it erased my working memory because I used it while charging. Do Not Do That! They also sent another charger so I am using that.
Just call them. I found them very professional and quick to please.

Thanks for the info, Loco! You would think that they would have put the sentence, "Do not use while charging" in the first line of the three page instruction manual. If they had bothered to include that info, I'm sure there would not be so many pissed off, frustrated customers, like me. I've had mine too long to send it back, even though it only worked for less than two months before it scrapped out. Again, thank you!

Really frustrated. Had reset my tmax, & it worked for a week. Would not pass GO, literally. Tried to reset, time after time. Gave up & Googled TMax support. These are their instructions, word for word on how to do a hard reset:
Begin with tablet OFF
Plug in to the charger before attempting reset
Next, push in at the same time, (-)volume button, & ON button. Continue to hold in until blue tmax screen comes up, continue holding & screen will turn a blue grey color. Continue to hold in, until reset menu comes up.
Using the volume button, scroll down to factory reset, & push (ON) button. Don't hold in. Screen with NO's & 1 yes will come up. Scroll to yes, & push ON button, don't hold in.
Green robot on screen, with info in bottom left corner. Wait until data reset complete comes up.
Push ON button, screen will go to reboot option. Push ON button. Blue tmax screen will come up. Then, GO screen. Do not turn off. He said it should go to unlock screen in 8-10 minutes. Didn't work. Trying again....

I got it thru the reset, & reboot, but it went to tmax screen, & then GO screen. Stuck on GO screen. I saw where you could enter data, lost & found, & recovery, but that's kinda hard when you have no working keyboard.... lol.
I called back & the rep said more or less, it's fried, give him my receipt # & they would send new one. Kinda hard, when your boyfriend threw away the receipt. Hmmmm...he saves Winn Dixie ones.....

Do not allow Google applications to auto-update after factory reset via volume keys and power button procedure. Have not managed to identify which particular app causes this problem but since deselcting the auto-update option my tablet has been Much more stable. Also do not update chrome either. Everything works just fine this way.
