Hey,

New to the DEsire, and so far i'm very happy with it :) However, i am finding it difficult to watch a video that i copied from my pc to the sd card.

I assumed it would act similary to the way music is reconised and then sat in your library waiting for playpack, but it doesn't seem to be 'auto-detecting'.

I'm assuming it's user error (Me :p), should i be copying the files to specific location on the SD Card / is there a certain app i should've installed...something other than this?

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Regards,

J

Make sure the file you're putting on the device is supported first.

Video files supported are :

.3gp, .3g2, .mp4, .wmv

Audio files supported are:

.aac, .amr, .ogg, .m4a, .mid, .mp3, .wav, .wma

Once you've made sure your video file is supported just make a folder called movies or something(can be anything) the drag and drop it into that folder. You'll be able to find it by navigating to the pictures app.
