Help My Samsung Galaxy Ace can't start

Hello Android Forums members,

I'm new here, and I'm happy to be here. I have some problems with my phone.

I use Samsung Galaxy Ace for a few months, and it seems to be okay. However, few days ago it appeared to have some problems. First, when I browsed internet it suddenly closed and said the process has stopped unexpectedly. Also, this problem appear with some App like facebook and Twitter. Then I turned it off, and it was ok just for a short time. Yesterday, I couldn't browse again, and I turned it off, then it can't start. It only appears the model of the phone and the Samsung logo and repeats the logo again and again, and won't start the phone. One more thing, when I browsed internet, the small icon of internet connection was "E". It means that the internet was 2G. I tried to find solutions, but it still didn't change.

I don't know what happened.:( It never felt down to the floor or crash with something. Please give some solutions and recommendations! Thanks in advance...

Your software has crashed. It needs to be reinstalled. You can get it done from the service center or you can do it yourself.
If you want to do it yourself then read about the use of Odin in this guide, you don't need to root or do anything else. Just flash a fresh firmware on the phone using the Odin software, basically the upgrade section of the guide.

And don't worry, you are not the only one with this problem, a lot of ace users have reported this crash.
P.S This guide is for Galaxy S5830 only, there is a different guide for S5830i users.
