Personally I use a hard case just for more protection if I drop it. Just wondering what everyone else prefers.
Ah, I was actually about to buy an otterbox but they didn't have a 1.2 version of the mytouch ><My otterbox has 2 layers. Gel/rubber?, then a hard shell that goes over that.
I like my phones like I like my women.....
Dressed in whatever, as long they look nice.
I use a hard case that I bought from one of those guys in the mall.
Dang! Shoulda just got it since the price was so good. But I emailed OtterBox and they said they were going to make a MyTouch version 1.2 case soon. So I guess I'll probably be grabbin that when it comes out.I went to the mall on a slow night and I talked one of those cases down from $20+ to $4 and then told the salesmen that I actually wasn't interested and walked away.
Needless to say, he was pissed!

I'm right with you. When I go out my phone is naked in a holster. Prefer the feel of the glass screen and the special blue back that I have on it. When I get home it gets a cheapo 2 buck gel wrap for just in case one of my dogs knocks it to the floor. My wife on the other that drops all kinds of things gets an Otterbox type case as soon as she gets a new phone.I really don't like cases though. It would have been a waste of money for me to buy it.
Sorry topic drifter... Did you know you can actually get good quality cases on Overstock.com for around $2? I was very skeptic when I ordered a few for my mom's phone but we ended up being very happy with them.
