The Incredible uses the same AMOLED screen as the Nexus One. The screen weirdness compared to the Droid has been discussed before and it is caused by the non-standard pixel configuration they use:
PenTile pixel layout:
Each pixel has either Red/Green or Blue/Green but not Red/Green/Blue like a standard LCD display (Droid).
This lowers its effective resolution to about 2/3rds that of a 480x800 screen with a standard pixel configuration (approximately 392x653).

Also, the Droid has a screen resolution of 480x854 which makes it a bit taller. This is because when both screens are put in landscape, the proportions of the Droid are 16:9 (like a widescreen television) and the proportions of the N1/Incredible are 16:10 (like a widescreen monitor).
The AMOLED screen will have superior contrast, more vivid colors and better black levels.
The Droid LCD screen has superior absolute brightness and clarity.
