Hi! I have recently purchased an unlocked htc one for at&t and when I received it, it worked great! But I did an at&t software update and it it restarted my phone to a menu that said "Install untrusted zip?" and it had about 8 no's and only one yes, so I clicked the yes and then the phone went into a black screen with alittle android on it with some kind of cube in his stomach and it has a bunch of words going down the side of the screen "CMW-Based recovery v6.0.2.8"
"E:Invalid command argument"
"finding update package"
"opening update package"
"verifying update package"
"failed to verify whole file signature"
"signature verification failed"
"installing update..."
"Preparing reset_system.ko...
"preparing busybox"
"Changing FOTA command file"
"preparing bug_fix1 tool"
"running bug_fix1 tool"

And also there is a loading bar in the background that has been stuck on like 30% for the past 2 hours Any help on what to do?

Lets see .. you have a Rooted phone with custom recovery. the current rom you have installed has OTA updates and it seems to have failed.

You can try running the update again or you can ignore it. Custom recovery will not install a true OTA update from HTC so you don't have to worry about that.

If you have a custom rom installed it will tell you in the settings/ About / Software version area somewhere... something like ARHD or MaximusHD

If your goal is to return the phone to Stock I'll need more information like the bootloader screen or the carrier your on and the software version you phone is currently running
