ok, this is a weird one...everything is wonderful with this phone, except one minor thing...

i went to walmart to get a cheap fm transmitter so i can listen to slacker over my car speakers, figuring if it doesn't work i'll return it and hard-wire it later. the weird thing is that it does work...sometimes. most of the time, as soon as i plug the audio cable from the headphone jack to the fm transmitter, the phone in general starts going nuts. the slacker app keeps jumping from song to song, sometimes restarting itself, sometimes the music player starts up and skips between songs...just weird, weird stuff. weirder still is that sometimes it'll play, but i only got about half a song in from slacker before it started going nuts again.

slacker itself plays just fine if not connected to the fm transmitter...

is anyone else having this issue, and/or does anyone have any idea what could be causing this and how to fix it?

Sounds like the transmitter is the problem. Perhaps try a different brand? IDK...
