Since I still don't have tracking information, I decided to call Verizon back and they verified that my phone did NOT ship out today and it won't ship until at least Monday. Words can not express my frustration over this whole ordeal. First they tell me my order is cancelled, then say it wasn't cancelled, then tell me it is cancelled and that I have to replace the order, which put me at the back of the line. Then I was told it would ship out today with overnight delivery so I would have it tomorrow. I call and find out that it won't ship out until at least Monday. If I had the time, I'd go into a verizon store and buy one, but I won't have any free time this weekend.
