Volume rocker defaults to Media Volume

I don't know if it's from some app I installed or what. But I noticed recently that suddenly the volume rocker only controls the Media Volume or the In-call volume (if you're in a call), not the Ringer Volume.

I don't have anything playing, so not sure why it's like that. I want it to default to ringer and I'll worry about Media when I'm actually in a program that uses it.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Try a reboot, I think that your Incredibly must be under the impression that you are playing music or something in the background.
