after I flashed a from cwm said had to fix something then it reboot after it done and my from booted now that error message gone and now I can back up when booted it shuts down and then reboots also when I boot in to cwm and restore it dose and then boots up which never did be for I had to Google it to reboot then it rebooted

That message asks to fix root. By the sound of it you clicked yes.

it wierd cause after i flashed phenomx4 last zip dont have to click yes any more dont under stand why

All it does is add the su binaries. Once its done that, you won't have to click it anymore til you flash another rom. Have you tried to flash the other ROMs here and restart to recovery then reboot again?
It shouldn't have any affect other than that
