Not sure if this is a known issue, but WTF? i am still getting a bright sunshine and the temp if off by 7 degrees, plus i have it set to update every hour.

Is there a fix?

ETA: i had to manually hit the sync button about 3 times before it turned into a moon, then it went back into a sun!!!

I had the same issue last night. It was 11pm, pitch dark and it was showing full sun. I had it set to update every hour. I actually changed it to every 3 hours and then immediately it corrected the sun and became a moon. I then set it back to every hour and when I woke up this morning it has been correct so far.

So you check off to update automatically every hour. Now, just for giggles, go back into the settings. Is yours unchecked now too? Yup, this is a glitch.

Anyone got a fix?
same thing happens to me!
sorry found the fix:
To check:
-from home screen:
-menu-settings-accounts&sync-select auto sync

I double checked my weather settings and my check mark for weather update was checked and stays checked.

that's so weird, before reading your message, i did the exact same thing - its stupid that one area stays checked if you go through the process you mentions. but if you click on the weather icon and try it there, it goes back to unchecked...

The strange thing is the choices they give you for update freq. I mean, why would I want it to update every 12 hours? Or once a day? Kind of defeats the purpose don't you think? I would think the choices should be like every 10 minutes, 20 minutes, and maybe every 2 hours at the most, otherwise you'd end up with the sun shining at night etc.

that worked like a charm and update is working great now, it's just stupid that it's on two places and one is glitchy and the other isn't.
